Cooperative Constitution of Constitutional Court (MK) implemented the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) III in 2013 at the Hall of Constitutional Court, Sunday (05/26/2013), which is followed by all employees of the Court.

Cooperative RAT 2013 Constitution was officially opened by the Deputy Chief Justice Ahmad Sodiki. Sodiki in his speech reminded all board members of cooperatives of the importance of honesty in managing the cooperative.

According to him, honesty problem cannot be ruled out. "The issue of honesty that should be a part that cannot be ruled out, moreover, that any attempt to deny the honesty it was only a matter of time to disintegrate," said Sodiki.

Sodiki reminded, uncontrolled power potential for corruption, and this must be the handle together. Sodiki also reminded the meeting participants who attended about confidence in doing business, "if there is no trust, of course, will be part of a very worrying."

He invited the participants to maintain honesty and trust, because of dishonesty and breach of trust it will be closing the doors of sustenance. Sodiki hoped this cooperation will grow up and be able to bring prosperity together.

RAT’s own agenda in 2013 is to discuss the evaluation of the performance of Cooperative Constitution in 2012 and the Work Plan in 2013 conducted by the Commission I, discussion Budget Plan in 2013 and the division of Cooperative Business Profits (SHU) by Commission II, as well as discussion of Determination Performance Management Cooperative Constitution, by commission III.

Of the RAT, the Constitution Cooperative members agreed to accept accountability report in 2012, and managed to formulate Plan Work Program, Budget of the Cooperative in 2013. In the event, also held elections Cooperative Board Chairman and the Constitution for the period 2013-2016. Elected as Chairman of the Tatang Gardjito, Rimas Kauthar as secretary, Syarif Hidayatullah Az Zaky as Treasurer, Fransisca Farouq as Chairman of the Division of Business, Arvie Dwi Purnomo occupy positions of Chairman of Organization and Human Resources, as well as chairman of the Supervisory Board Renal.

RAT was closed by the Chairman of the Constitutional Advisory Cooperative, which the Secretary-General Janedjri M Gaffar. In his speech, reminded the Janedjri Cooperative members to participate and contribute to oversee the implementation of the cooperative effort of the Constitution, because the success of the cooperative effort is not determined by the board, but also by all members.
