The Constitutional Court (MK) held a hearing three Cases of Tanah Laut Election, South Kalimantan, on Monday (20/5). The lawsuit filed by three candidates: Atmari-Muhammad Nur (No. 1), Abdul-Wahid Norhakim (No. 2), and Amperansyah-Ariansyah (No. 3). All three accused Bambang Alamsyah-Sukamta (Related Party) has committed structured, systematic and massive violations. All three are also accused Election Commission of Tanah Laut Regency is not neutral in conducting Election in Tanah Laut regency.
Atmari-Muhammad Nur who represented by attorney Fadli Nasution conveyed the main points of the petition before a panel of judges chaired by Hamdan Zoelva. Fadli explained that there has been a violation of a structured, systematic and massive implementation of the General Election in Tanah Laut regency. The violations occurred in almost all the district of Tanah Laut made by the Commission. Violations referred to the voters who did not receive invitations to choose, voters in the base of Atmari- Muhammad Nur chose not received an invitation, and the use of unauthorized voter cards.
"There are voters who vote twice, then the bearer party cadres couple we did not get an invitation. In addition, there is also a voter card that does not use the logo or emblem of Tanah Laut Regency Election Commission but using a Government logo of South Kalimantan and Tanah Laut regency. It happened in the village of Tabanio, District Takisung. South Kalimantan provincial government logo is on the left and Tanah Laut regency logo is on the right," said Fadli.
In addition to accusing the Tanah Laut Regency offense, Atmari-Muhammad Nur also accused Related Party offenses affecting the sound acquisition candidate number 1’s. Still represent his client; Fadli said Related Party practice of money politics in almost all the district of Tanah Laut. As a child of the incumbent, the Related Party was accused of various abuses of power to win him over.
In line with Atmari-Muhammad Nur, Abdul Wahid-Norhakim pair also expressed similar accusations. Through their attorney, it is said there was use of fake voter cards. In addition, they also pointed to the inflation of the number of voters viewed from multiple voter cards were found in almost all polling stations.
Meanwhile Amperansyah-Ariansyah without legal counsel expressed a PNS involvement in efforts to Candidate No. winnings. 4, the practice of money politics, abuse of power by KPPS, and other violations.
Related Party Attorney, Andi Asrun in an interview dismissed allegations by saying the applicant has made a particular scenario to obtain evidence of the Related Party has committed an offense. In fact, continued Asrun, the Petitioners do action-fetched to just get evidence that fraud occurred. "If you look at the voting Applicant said many times, for example, why Petitioner really knows?” said Asrun.
