A different opinion (dissenting opinion) expressed by constitutional judges in ruling the Constitutional Court (MK) cannot be used to take to another court. This is because the Constitutional Court’s decision is final and binding (final and binding). So that was delivered by Judge Maria Farida Indrati when students received a visit from the Faculty of Law, University of Batam on Monday (13/5).
"Basically every court decision is always assumed to be true. It is similarly to the decision of the Court. Constitutional Court’s decision cannot be submitted to any court," explained Maria in front of about 55 students.
Responding to the decision of the Constitutional Court, Maria explained she served as a judge for the constitution; she never even got any intervention on the part of both internal and external. She said freedom of speech in the Consultative Meeting. "Since to be Constitutional Court Justice, no intervention from any party and when different opinions, freely give their opinion," she explained.
On that occasion, she also describes the powers and obligations of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia.
