The Constitutional Court (MK) resumed the examination of witnesses proposed by Related Party Couple Marukan Hendrik-Sugiyarto, incumbent regent - deputy regent of Lamandau in the trial of dispute of election result of Lamandau Regency, led by Judge Hamdan Zoelva on Wednesday (01/01).
Suryadi Uyat, one of the witnesses presented by Marukan-Sugiyarto explained the expulsion of Mugi, one of Petitioner witnesses of Havter-Tohir Hamzah, from where he lived. Suryadi said he never did expulsion of Mugi who is also the uncle and the house occupied by Mugi is a house belonging to Suryadi. According to Suryadi, he remind Mugi just who put up billboards of Havter-Tohir Hamzah before the campaign period, the objection was also submitted to Mugi, so it was not appropriate that in his house there is another candidate billboards. Sugiyanto said, Mugi stayed with her all this time free of charge, and only learned Mugi left the house after giving testimony in Court.
