Participants of Librarian Training Expert Level Training Center of Deputy Development Resource Library of National Library study visits to the Constitutional Court (MK) on Wednesday (23/4). Head of Research, Assessment and Management of ICT Noor Sidhartha received a visit which took place at the Conference Room of the Court.

On that occasion, Siddhartha revealed as the judiciary, the Constitutional Court shall have a library. It was thought related to one of the four competencies of the Constitutional Court, which is testing the laws against the 1945 Constitution. "There are thousands of laws that are not related to all areas of the law so that there is no library, how the judges can find additional information about the field references that had they not been learned," he explained.

According to Siddhartha, this being the reason for the Court absolutely have good libraries library in hardcopy or digital. Although the primary objective is to support the library Court judge performance, but it is possible for people to use the library facilities owned by the Court.

Furthermore Sidhartha expressed authority of the Constitutional Court on the other, the state agency the authority to decide disputes, settlement cut off the head of local election results and legislative, as well as dissolve political parties. Sidhartha also explained the obligations owned by the Constitutional Court, namely impeachment.
