The Constitutional Court (MK) held the trial continued in the second session of the General Election Result Dispute case of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Thursday (18/04). The trial with case number 29/PHPU.D-XI/2013 filed by Candidate Ibrahim A Medah - Melkias Laka Lena is chaired by the Deputy Chief Justice Ahmad Sodiki, accompanied by Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi and Harjono. The trial heard testimony from Related Parties, as well as verification of the witnesses of the applicant.
In the trial, the attorney of the Related Party I, Candidate Number 4 Frans Lebu Raya - Benni Alexander Lytelnoni, Ali Anthony denied all Petitioners’ argument that says about the support or attention from Election Commission. It is also submitted by the attorney of the Related Party 2, Candidate Number 1 Esthon L Foenay - Paul Edmundus Tallo, Marcell W. Radja who assess Petitioner’s arguments are true and just making it up.

Meanwhile, witnesses from the applicant Applicant Nicodemus who was a witness in the recapitulation in the district said that witnesses Petitioner objected because the witnesses as many as 115 people was not given form C1, and C1 form in addition to the many who have been in the scribble.
