The Constitutional Court (MK) held another evidentiary hearing of dispute of election result of Prabumulih City 2013 - Case No. 24 and 25/PHPU.D-XI/2013 - on Tuesday (9/4) afternoon. Agenda of the session is to listen to the testimony of Related Party witnesses and Petitioner witness of the Case No. 25. Assembly consists of Constitutional Court Judge Achmad Sodiki (Chairman), accompanied by Harjono and Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi.

Related Parties (Ridho Yahya and Andriansyah Fikri, candidate number 3) presents witnesses named Ali Harahap, which explains the distribution of money and batik clothes in Payuputat Village, West Prabumulih District.

Ali said that on Sunday, March 3, 2013 someone came to his house. At that time Ali was not at home. His wife received him/her. The guest claimed one of a successful team candidate. 

"People that give batik shirt and a white envelope filled with money Rp 100 thousand. The next person that says to my wife, this provision of the Candidate Number 1 Hanan Zulkarnain," said Ali.

Other Related Parties witnesses, Sudirman, which also explains the same problems as experienced by Ali Harahap, just different locations, precisely in the Village of King Jaya, East Prabumulih District. Saturday morning, March 2, 2013, a team of successful candidate number 1 gave Sudirman batik shirt and an envelope containing money of Rp 100 thousand. 

"People were asking me to vote for candidate number 1," said Sudirman to the Constitutional Assembly.

Applicant of Case No. 25 (Hanan Zulkarnain and Hartono Hamid, candidate number 1), among others, to produce witnesses named Rudi Hartono which explains about the distribution of money and batik clothes by candidate number 1.

"There is truly a batik shirt division of Hanan Zulkarnain bearers of political parties, due to the political party cadres and officials with the task to monitor the process letter Prabumulih Election," said Rudi.

Then the distribution of Rp 100 thousand of candidate number 1, said Rudi, the money is used to compensate the cost of political parties for transportation and food allowance during the General Election.
