Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Janedjri M. Gaffar structural induct five in the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court on Friday (5/4) afternoon on the ground floor of the Court House. The inauguration also witnessed also by Chief Justice M. Akil Mochtar, Constitutional Justice Anwar Usman as well as officials and employees of the Court. The fifth officer was sworn in Panti Kurniasih Rahayu, Teguh Wahyudi, Paiyo, Edy Santoso and Tatang Garjito.

According to Court General Secretary Decree No. 29/2013 dated 1 April 2013, Kurniasih Panti Rahayu served as Head of Planning Analysis and Evaluation (previously as Chief Financial Officer) and Teguh Wahyudi served as Head of Administration Leadership and Protocols (formerly a Judge and Chief Administrative Officer).

While Paiyo appointed as a Judge and Chief Administrative Officer in the Bureau of Finance and Personnel (previously Head of General Education at the Center for Pancasila and the Constitution) and Edy Santoso served as Chief of the General on Pancasila and the Constitution Education Center (previously the Head of Administration Leadership and Protocols), while Tatang Garjito served as Chief Financial Officer (previously Head of Planning, Analysis and Evaluation).

Commonplace and Sunatullah

Chief Justice M. Akil Mochtar said, promotion and transfer of officers and employees is common in an organization or institution. Similarly come and go is something that sunnatullah, something universal.

"There are times when we meet, there are times when we have to part. If we are working in an agency, based on the provisions of the law, we have to end task and our office. So we come to part ways," said Akil to employees of the Court.

"To the officers were given the mandate to hold structural positions, in accordance with the duties and functions, we hope to carry out the duties and responsibilities as well as possible, in good faith and as straight-righteous, having regard to all applicable regulations in the field of assignment Brother and function," Akil messages. 

In addition, continued Akil, to those who have a mutation from its original position to a new position, do not think of it as something that is burdensome. "As I said earlier, that come and go is something natural, sunnatullah and no one can deny it," said Akil.
