The Constitutional Court granted the withdrawal of the Case Number 10/PUU-XI/2013 filed by Heriyanto. Assessment recall the case was read by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Panel Muhammad Alim along with six other judges in the constitutional court verdict on Wednesday (6/3) at the Plenary Court.

"To grant the application for a recall petition," said Alim. "Ordered to the Registrar of the Constitutional Court to issue a Deed of Cancellation Registration Application for the Case Number 10/PUU-XI/2013 and restore files petition to the applicant."

Decree issued by the Court on the recall petition filed by the Petitioner through by facsimile on February 27, 2013. Individual Petitioners are citizens of Indonesia, the day-to-day work as Supervisory Board Election Assistance Team specifically in charge of Violation of Law and Management.

Previously, Petitioner on the review of Article 28 paragraph (3), Article 28 paragraph (4), Article 100 paragraph (4), Article 101 paragraph (1), Article 112ayat (9), Article 112 paragraph (10), Article 112 paragraph (12), Article 112 paragraph (13), Pasal113 subsection (2), Article 119 paragraph (4), Article 120 paragraph (4) and Article 121 paragraph (3) of Act 15/2011 on General Election Organizer.
