The Constitutional Court (MK) held a hearing review of Act 8/2012 on General Election of Members of Parliament, House of Regional Representatives and Regional Parliament are filed by Petitioner Priyo Puji Wasono and Deyantono Kok Young (2/PUU-XI/2012) and Mursyid, Anwar and Nazri Adlani (6/PUU-XI/2012). At the trial this time petitioner witnesses for case 6/PUU-Xi/2013 and petitioner experts with case 2/PUU-XI/2013 to submit statements respectively.
The witnesses presented by the applicant with no. 6/PUU-XI-2012 case that Teuku Neta Firdaus, Nazrul Zaman and Kudus Purba. In the trial, Neta Firdaus who is an activist for Solidarity of Aceh Anti-Corruption said that the development of an elected legislative elections felt no justice. It is said because there is a corruption aspiration which means they are selected only from Pidie and Pidie Jaya.
"The elections were never represented the West Coast," said Neta. According to Neta, it happens because of the quality of such heavyweight class and poor so that the aspirations of the West Coast beach were never delivered. These differences cause lagging regions.
He also said that, although there are members of Parliament who took to the location as well as the project.
