The continued trial of dispute of election result of South Aceh 2012-2013 - Case No. 11 and 12/PHPU.D.-XI/2013 - took place on Friday (22/2) morning. Agenda was evidence of the parties. Case no. 11 with Natsir-Zulkifli and M. Saleh - H. Ridwan A. Rahman, and Case no. 12 was H. Zulkarnaini - Irwan Yuni. The Respondent\'s attorney (South Aceh Independen Election Committee), Related Parties attorney (No. 3 Sama Indra and Kamarsyah), as well as witnesses from Petitioners presented the trial.

 

Untung Syah Putra as the Respondent\'s attorney explained the Petitioner\'s arguments on the previous trial. Overall voting results all candidates are as follows: candidate no. 2 obtained 8 votes; candidate no. 2 won 4 votes; candidate no. 3 obtained 29 votes; candidate no. 4 won 6 votes; candidate no. 5 gained 11 votes; candidate no. 6 won 178 votes.

 

"On January 26, 2013 at around 19:30 pm to implement the principles of transparency, District Election Committee officials and officers of PPS of West Labuhan Haji initiated announced interim results of Election Regent and Vice Regent, 2012 in South Aceh of West Labuhan Haji District level," said Untung.
