Students and Alumni Family Scholarship of Supersemar (KMA-PBS) is a social organization, which collects every nation who receive scholarships and educational assistance from the Supersemar Foundation to continue her education at undergraduate level (S1) and post graduate (S-2 and S- 3) since it was founded by former Indonesian President Suharto in 1974.

 

It was submitted by the Chairman of the Central Board of KMA-PBS Eddy Djauhari, the show hospitality Expert Council and the Executive Advisory Council KMA-PBS, in the hall of the Constitutional Court, on Wednesday night (20/02). Momentum gathering and dialogue Expert Council, Advisory Council, and the Central Board of KMA-PBS, Eddy said, is expected to formulate basic thoughts of KMA-PBS implementation of national development in 2015-2019.

 

"The activity is the first step of the KMA-PBS in ushering in the implementation of national development in 2015-2019, which started with the selection of national leadership through elections the president and vice president in 2014, and the establishment of RPJMN 2015-2019 by the president and vice president elected on the year 2015-2019," said Eddy Djauhari

 

The shape of the discussion at the event in the form of a roundtable discussion forum / focus group discussions, which are grouped into: (i) political, legal, and national security, (ii) areas of the national economy, and (iii) the field of welfare.

 

The event was also attended by Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Moh. Mahfud MD as Chairman of the Board of Experts of KMA-PBS gave brief remarks. In his speech, Mahfud thanked Supersemar Foundation, founded by former President of the Republic of Indonesia (deceased) Soeharto, which helps provide scholarships. "Thanks to the Supersemar Foundation has provided scholarships for me to continue on to graduate to post-graduate, at which time any outstanding youth of the nation awarded a scholarship of 25,000," he said.

 

The event was also attended by Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Nasaruddin Umar, and Supersemar scholarship student. (Panji / mh)
