The trial continued on the completion of the election result of City of Pagar Alam held back the Constitutional Court (MK) on Tuesday (12/2) at the Plenary Court. The trial evidence is chaired by the Deputy Chief Justice Ahmad Sodiki.
"Today we will validate evidence letters from Petitioner, Respondent and the Related Parties. The litigants to submit their conclusions on Thursday, February 14, 2013 to come," said Sodiki.
In the trial, Petitioner\'s attorney requested that the record contains an order from incumbent Ida Fazriati played in the trial. Petitioner\'s attorney Samsu Rizal Ismail explained the tape of Ida Fazriati ordered the civil servants in the local government and the civil servant of Pagar Alam to select candidate number 2.
Through their attorney, Fuadi Helmi expressed objections to KPU Decree on Establishment of Pagar Alam 01/kpts/kpu.kpa/2013 on Election Vote Count Result of City of Pagar Alam 2013. According to Fuadi, Pagar Alam Election Commission has structured massive and systematic violations. In addition, Fuadi explained that the Respondent had printed ballots intentionally exaggerated. The number of voters in the voters list (DPT) of City of Pagar Alam Election 2013 was 98,368 and as many as are prescribed by law the number of printed ballots as the number of voters plus 2.5% for the reserves. However, further Fuadi, in fact the number of ballots printed and received by the Respondent of the printing exceeds the amount of currency select plus 2.5%, which is over 6000 sheets of ballots.
