Next, Muhidin tests student’s insight about the 1945 changes. "Does anyone know how many times the 1945 changes," said Muhidin. On that occasion, Muhidin explained about the powers and obligations of the Constitutional Court. As is known, the main authority of the Constitutional Court is the test of the Constitution Act 1945. Next, the Court authorized dissolution of political parties, the authority deciding the case disputes between state agencies, and to decide disputes elections including election results.

"The obligation is to decide upon the opinion Parliament that the President and / or Vice President violated the law or moral turpitude," said Muhidin who also noted that the Court’s authority and obligations in accordance with Article 24C Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution.

Muhidin also explained about the history of the Constitutional Court against the background changes to the 1945 Constitution. "That the Court appears on the third amendment of the 1945 Constitution and the Constitutional Court was established on August 13, 2003 to be exact," said Muhidin accompanied by moderator Nurhikmah, SDI Dwi Matra teacher.

According to Law no. 24/2003 with reference to the principle of balance of power between the branches of the state, after the Constitutional Court established the constitutional judges recruitment conducted by three state agencies, the legislature, the President and the Supreme Court.

Another thing, Muhidin also explained about the role of the Constitutional Court as the guardian of the constitutional institutions (the guardian of constitution), the agency interpreter of the Constitution (interpreter of the constitution), as well as an actor or implementing the principle of checks and balances.
