The applicant in Case No. 118/PUU-X/2012 about reviewing the constitutionality of Article 9 of Act 42 of 2008 on the General Election of President and Vice President withdraw the application. The petitioners in this case are the Deni Aulia Ahmad, Bisma Mauria, Purwantio, and Achmad Djunaidi.
