Dispute of Election Result of Bekasi: From Recapitulation to Factual Verification

Preliminary examination of dispute of election result (PHPU) of Bekasi Election- Case No. 4 and 5/PHPU.D-XI/2013  held by the Constitutional Court on Wednesday (16/1) afternoon. Petitioner I (Case No. 4) questioned the determination of the results of the General Election vote count Bekasi unlawful.
