The Constitutional Court (MK) held a further hearing back Dispute Election Result of Nganjuk Regency, East Java Province in 2012. On Wednesday (9/1), the Court listened to feedback from Related Parties, Taufiqurrahman-Abdul Wachid Badrus as the incumbent against the arguments of the Petitioners, Siti Nurhayati-Sumardi (Case No. 104/PHPU.DX/2012) and Njono Djoyo Astro -Syaiful Anam (105/PHPU.DX/2012), presented at the previous hearing.

According to the Related Parties, the petitioners’ alleged mass deployment related an issue argued in the previous trial is incorrect. Therefore, the activities carried out by the regents as a Related Party, and his wife during the General Election, said attorney Related Parties, a routine, and they are only a capacity as an invitation.

While the issue of the letter from the Secretary of Nganjuk Regency about the neutrality of civil servants (PNS) have sided with the incumbent is not true. Violation 

Testimony from witnesses of the petitioners also heard in court. In case No. 104, Petitioner presented eight witnesses, and case No. 105 nine witnesses. In this case, Agus Haryanto as supervisory committee in Bagor district began testimony of Petitioner No. 104.

According to him, there were seven violations during the last General Election. The plan, as many as 10 witnesses from the case No. 104, and as many witnesses of case No. 5. 104, and as many as four witnesses from Related Parties, will be presented in the trial.
