Thus, if the percentage of the performance of the Constitutional Court in 2011 amounted to 50.8%%, then in 2012 to 57%," said Mahfud in front of the Court officials and journalists.
According to Mahfud, on average in the last five years during 2008 - 2013, a total of 24, 46% of cases were granted by the Court. Then there is the case of 79.56% were rejected or not accepted. "In 2012, the petition is granted or the fault of the law increased to reach 31%," said Mahfud.
