In his speech, in essence Melani said that the role of the Teacher Education Citizenship (Civics) in teaching moral and national values to the younger generation is very large. Therefore, Civics is a subject that is in direct contact with the philosophy of the state and nation, especially the cultivation and appreciation of the noble values of Pancasila. "Civics Education is spearheading the formation of the character of the nation," he said.

Along with Melani’s narrative, Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Achmad Sodiki, in his speech also carries a similar spirit. In his presentation, Sodiki revealed that the review and study of Pancasila and the Constitution should be up to the level of appreciation and implementation in daily life. "Not only to know, understand and appreciate, but also appreciate and practice Pancasila," the message. "The behavior of the daily must match the values of Pancasila."

Because, if it does not touch on the level of implementation of value, then what might happen today, will ultimately futile. In fact, what happened instead ‘treason’ against the principles contained in Pancasila and the Constitution, such as corruption and several other law violations committed by public officials. In fact, they may know and understand about the Pancasila and the Constitution, or had never attended Upgrading P4. "Unfortunately the behavior is still not Pancasila," he said.

Sodiki viewed, cultivation and practice of such values is strongly influenced by the surrounding environment. Therefore, all people, especially the teachers and the need to create conducive conditions environment to nurture the souls of Pancasila in students as early as possible. "Within the scope of the school, it is the duty of all teachers, not just teachers Civics course," he stressed.

Eventually he hopes, with the workshop, it can be a small step to equip teachers to better understand their role and understand the substance of the matter was related to the four pillars of the subject. "Hopefully we are increasingly aware of the value for the integral Pancasila, and nation sustainability," he concluded.
