Independence is the right of every nation and therefore, the occupation in the world should be abolished because it is not in accordance with peri-peri-humanity and justice. Constitutional Justice Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi conveyed when describing the meaning of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution to students IKIP Veteran Semarang, Friday (23/11) morning at the Constitutional Court (MK).
"The feeling of kinship of suffering that is then entered into a bond is called the bond of nationality," said Fadlil.
Awareness entered into a collective consciousness, and they struggle to abolish the colonial years in Indonesia, which has the wealth of nature and doing other things that harm the nation of Indonesia.
"Although it is not easy to eradicate colonialism in Indonesia, struggle costs are very expensive," said Fadlil who also explained that the UK and the Netherlands became the nation as a descendant.
"So what so we aim to build an independent and state? So that together, have the power us and our property," said Fadlil.
Fadlil continued, in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution also stated, "And the struggle for Indonesian independence movement had came to the happy halcyon safely deliver the people of Indonesia to the front gate of the Indonesian People’s Liberation independent, united, sovereign, just and prosperous.
Fadlil told during the Indonesian struggle emerged a movement of anti colonialism. For example, there is an intellectual movement, upheaval in a number of areas, as well as organizing youth Boedi Oetomo. As it is known, Boedi Oetomo is a youth organization founded Dr. Sutomo and students STOVIA the Goenawan Mangoenkoesoemo and Soeraji on May 20, 1908.
Until finally it was sparked Youth Pledge on October 28, 1928. Momentum is the fruit of the struggle of the oppressed for hundreds of years under the authority of the colonizers, encouraged the youth determined to raise the dignity of life in Indonesia.
