The trial for the case 85/PHPU-D/2012 is conducted by a panel of M. Akil Mochtar (panel chairman), Muhammad Alim, and Hamdan Zoelva.
Padang Sidempuan Election Commission in the exception said Dedi-Affan plead not contain matters relating to the error voting results. Therefore, Padang Sidempuan Commission assesses the application of Dedi-Affan did not meet the formal requirements as stated in Article 6 paragraph (2) letter b Constitutional Court Regulation (PMK) No. 15 of 2008.
