The Constitutional Court did the Constitutional Court Rules Discussion Meeting (PMK) on Monday evening until Tuesday afternoon (15-16/10) in Jakarta.

Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Moh. Mahfud MD acts directly as a meeting leader. He is accompanied by Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Achmad Sodiki. All constitutional judges present the meeting: Harjono, M. Akil Mochtar, Maria Farida Indrati, Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi, Muhammad Alim, Hamdan Zoelva and Anwar Usman. In addition, there is also the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Janedjri M. Gaffar and Registrar of Court Kasianur Sidauruk along with several other Court staff. 

During the meeting, it is discussed matter relating to matters outside law of PMK. Some of them on the selection of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Constitutional Court, the order of the trial, the appointment and dismissal of judges, as well as non-judicial hearing and meeting.

Mechanism discussion conducted by forming four groups to formulate each subject is. Then, after being discussed by the commission, the commission draft FMD results were presented in a plenary session later to be formulated and agreed.

Hopefully, with the PMK be discussed this time, to formulate regulations mandated by law to be further regulated in FMD, and provides the legal basis for some of the practices that developed based on the needs.
