Andi Muhammad Asrun, Petitioner legal counsel in Case No. 82/PUU-X/2012 revealed petition has improved. "We've done repairs, especially on legal standing. The advice of judges," said Asrun, the hearing request repairs, Friday (21/9) at the Panel Session Court.

According to Asrun, it had to fix some spelling errors in the earlier petition. "We no longer abbreviate the Social Security Act and the Act BPJS, and replace their mention become Law. 40 of 2004 and Law 24/2011," said Asrun to the Constitutional Panel, chaired by Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi.

In addition, said Asrun, it also has to fix the petition request. "Adding the sentence does not have binding force on the petition number three."

Earlier, the Principal Petitioner in this case consisting of M. Komarudin, Muhammad Hafidz, and Yulianti review Article 15 paragraph (1) of Law no. 24 Year 2011 on the Social Security Agency.
