Latin American Judges Association Visited the Court

Chairman of the Latin American Association of Justice from Argentina Ribchi Rosi visited the Constitutional Court (MK) on Wednesday (12/9). This visit was received by Ahmad Sumadi Fadlil and Anwar Usman. During the meeting, Rosi conveyed the establishment background of Latin American Judges Association. The association was formed to include some countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, and others. Over the last four years, the association has worked with India and China. "Then we expand cooperation to other Asian countries, including Indonesia. Our goal is to strengthen relationships among Latin America and Indonesia. In this visit, we also visited the FH UI and RI Constitutional Court," he explained.

According to Rosi, the main purpose of this visit was to invite the judge Constitution Constitutional Court of Indonesia to attend the International Judicial seminar to be held in India in December. "The main agenda of this visit is that we want to discuss and provide the International Judicial legislation in India in December. We have good relations with India, which held meeting and the Chairman of the Constitutional Court judge who last year attended by 400 judges from 100 countries. The theme this year was to protect children through law. I extend an invitation to this seminar, "he explained.

Responding to the invitation, Fadlil will discuss further with other constitutional judges. This is because the Indonesian constitutional judges a bit and there are trial Court judge's attendance boundaries, the seven judges. "Internally, we will discuss with the other judges.
