Dispute over Election Result of Regional Head and Deputy Head (Election) Southeast Aceh Regency (caretaker) 2012 filed by Raidin Pinim-Muslim Ayub, entered the pronunciation of the verdict in the trial stage of the Constitutional Court (MK). Court verdict, the court held the exception rejects the Independent Election Commission (KIP) as Respondent. The purpose thereof, the Court partially granted the petition of Raidin Pinim-Muslim Ayub.

"The verdict, judgment, is stating: the exception, rejects the Respondent. In the main application, grant the petition in part," said Chief Justice of the Panel of the Constitutional Court, Moh. Mahfud MD reading the verdict no. 56/PHPU.DX/2012 on Monday (8/13/2012) afternoon.

Mahfud MD was accompanied by further Constitutional Justice Achmad Sodiki, M. Akil Mochtar, Muhammad Alim, Hamdan Zoelva, Anwar Usman, Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi, and Maria Farida Indrati, declare void the decree Independent Election Commission (KIP) Agara No. 25 of 2012 regarding the determination of the recapitulation of vote counting results Agara 2012 General Election, dated July 15 of 2012. Then cancel the vote candidate H. Desky-Tgk. Appan Husni JS (number 4).

In addition, the Court set the correct votes for each candidate:

Drs. Raidin Pinim, MAP, and H. Muslim Ayub, SH, MM with 37 406 valid votes; Ir. H. Hasanuddin. B, M.M and H. Ali Basrah, S.Pd, MM with 51 059 valid votes; Drs. H. Rajidin, MAP and Dr. Sarim, SPT, MP., MM with 595 valid votes; Drs. H. Martin Desky and Hj. Kamasiah, S.Ag 2039 with the acquisition of valid votes; H. Amri Selian and Drs. Muhammad Riduan SKD 1739 with the acquisition of valid votes; M. Ridwan Sekedang, S.E., M.Si and Ir. Erwin Sofyan Sihombing with 4433 valid votes.
