The trial continued Election Dispute case (PHPU) Head of Southeast Aceh Regency rolling again. Today, Thursday (2/8), court case filed by Raidin Pinim-Muslim Ayub was held at the Plenary Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Court House with an agenda to listen to the statements of the witnesses of the Petitioners. The Petitioner's witness revealed the existence of a violation of the mutation, money politics, and kidnapping.

This time the trial was led by the Chairman of the Panel Judge, M. Akil Mochtar, who was accompanied by two Members of the Panel, Muhammad Alim and Hamdan Zoelva. The trial began at 14:30 pm after the verdict in the trial of several cases in the title in the same room.

The first witness to deliver his testimony before a panel of judges is Masudin who work as civil servants (PNS) in the Office (Kadin) and the Forestry Plantations East Aceh. Masudin said he had been transferred from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Southeast Aceh to the Chamber of Commerce and Forestry Plantations on 5 April 2012. "In my BNPB as then transferred to the Chamber of Commerce Head Plantation and Forestry as a regular staff," said Masudin.

Masudin committed against suspected mutations is based on the blood relationship between him and the candidate number 1. "According to the present regent, Hasanuddin Beruh, if there are blood ties I'll definitely take sides," said Masudin who said his grandfather and grandfather's number one candidate, applicant, are brothers.

Another witness said the same thing, namely Saparudin. Saparudin is originally a civil servant at the General Hospital (RSU) H. Sahudin Kutacane as regular staff since 1988. However, on May 28, 2012 he was transferred to a health center Sigalagala Lau, Southeast Aceh. "I moved because I was the dean of the candidate's number 1 sister named Dr. Bukhari who had also served in the RSU H. Sahudin. But he was not transferred," explains Saparudin who thought he was transferred because it does not support the candidate number 1 which is the incumbent.

Other witnesses who experienced the same is Ramisin. He is currently working on the BKKBN Ramisin Southeast Aceh. Previously, Ramisin is a civil servant in Aceh Tenggara Health Office. "I am subject to mutations on May 28, 2012 from the Health Office to the Office of BKKBN. My position in the Health Office and the BKKBN is as a staff. I moved because I had so Raidin Pinim subordinates in the Department of Transportation. Regent (Hasanudin Beruh) considered the number one candidate I support, I do support the candidate number one," said Ramisin of mutations that happened.

Ramisin said when he was transferred he had not received any decree or notice that he had been transferred. News of the mutation gets from his friends. Surprisingly, further Ramisin, although SK has not received his salary has been moved to the BKKBN.

A student of the University of Gunung Leuser, Fajriansyah who witnessed the abduction by the applicant reveals a successful team mate number two that happened on June 28, 2012. Fajriansyah explained that on June 28, 2012 was conducted by a team of successful convoy action sequence number 2 pair. In addition to those already expressed by the witnesses above, Petitioner's witness revealed the existence of other political practices of money made by the candidate's campaign team number two. The farmers who claimed "bribed" with money ranging from 50 thousand to 100 thousand per person is required to vote spouse number two on Election Day.
