Petitioner in case 65/PUU-X/2012 subject of Law No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas (Oil and Gas Law), through its legal counsel, Janses Sihaloho, states have improved their petition. According Janses, there were some improvements made by it. "Systematic of writing and the alignment of the writing," he said in the hearing Repair Requests on Monday (30/7) at thePlenaryCourtRoom.
According Janses, the arguments in his petition will be divided into two terms. The first related to the Implementing Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BP Migas). Second, related to the Governing Body of Oil and Gas Downstream (BPH Migas).
Moreover, he added, with respect to Article 10 of Law of Oil and Gas, it will ask for different reasons. Because, he admitted that the article has previously been tested by theConstitutional Court. "Because there is progress on the interpretation of Article 33 (Constitution of 1945, pen)," he explained. As for the petition-related test of Article 9 paragraph (1), said Janses, it has asked the Court to provide interpretation of the provision.
After listening to the exposure to the Petitioner, the Panel chaired by Constitutional Court Justice Anwar Usman then approves the proof submitted by the applicant. (Dodi / mh/Yazid.tr)
