The Constitutional Court (MK) has been recorded in the Book of Constitutional Case Register, the application of H. Amran H.A. Batalipu, S.E., M.M., and Ir. Machmud Baculu, SE, MM, based on Special Power of Attorney dated July 18, 2012 authorizing Amat Y. Entedaim, SH, and Syafruddin A. Datu, SH, M.H., on July 24, 2012, with No. 55/PHPU.DX/2012, in the case of the Application for Dispute Election Results Regional Head and Deputy Head of Buol 2012.

No petition against. 55/PHPU.DX/2012, the Constitutional Court has issued Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Decree no. 377/TAP.MK/2012 on the Establishment of the Panel to examine application No. 55/PHPU.D-X/2012, dated July 24, 2012.

That the Registrar of theConstitutional Courton July 24, 2012, at 13:14 PM has received a letter from the applicant, dated July 24, 2012 which essentially revocation petition filed 55/PHPU.DX/2012 Number. Against a recall petition, the Plenary Consultative Meeting (RPH) in the Court on Monday, July 30, 2012, a recall petition has been set petition No. 55/PHPU.D-X/2012 unwarranted under the law.

Pursuant to Article 35 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) Law no. 8/2011 on the amendment of Law no. 24/2003 regarding the Constitutional Court, "The applicant may withdraw the application before or during the examination of the Constitutional Court has done and withdrawal referred to in paragraph (1) resulting application can not be filed again."
