Application for objection to the election result disputes the district chief of Aceh Tamiang 2012 registered in the Constitutional Court (MK) on June 18, 2012, revoked by candidate Haprizal Roji- Toni Heriedi as the applicant. This was stated by one of the principal applicant Haprizal, in case Number 41/PUU.DX/2012 preliminary hearing on Friday (29/6), in the Meeting Room of the Constitutional Court.

Because the applicant aware of to make application to the Court in a dispute over Election of Aceh Tamiang, Aceh province, is a constitutional right, but due to his daily activities only as an activist and does not work just as unemployed, then the applicant has no accommodation costs to continue the trial that started this.

"If asked, I would like to continue this lawsuit? My conscience says it, but I cannot afford to continue the trial because of technical constraints (financial problems), "the light of the constitutional petition before the panel of judges led by Akil Mochtar, accompanied by Muhammad Alim and Hamdan Zoelva, respectively as members.

It is said by Haprizal again, as he expressed it verbally solely for the honor of hearing organized by the Constitutional Assembly. "The way I told the judge, so I’m not insulting this trial," he explained.

With this statement the applicant does not wish to continue the petition, Akil Mochtar briefed the applicant that if there was Election candidates or national elections to file a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court, must prepare any conditions specified in the trial, particularly the issue of cost of accommodation.

"It is here that civil litigants must be prepared. If now examined, tomorrow should be able to present witnesses, evidence, and so forth, "explained the chairman of this panel session.”If that was not met, this effort will be worth it," he added.

Therefore, Akil affirmed the Petitioner that the petition was formally withdrawn the lawsuit. "I insist that you formally withdraw this application," he said. To that end, says Akil, applicant is required to make a statement in writing of the revocation petition Election District of Aceh Tamiang submitted to the Constitutional Court.
