Constitutional Debate Competition National Year 2012 has produced two finalists. They are a team of University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (Untirta) and a team from the University of Indonesia (UI). Earlier, in the semifinals, Untirta defeating General Sudirman University. While the University of Indonesia successfully defeating Hasanuddin University (Unhas).

In the final round later, which will be held Monday (25/6) 10:00 am, in Room Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court, the finalists will debate about the rise in price of fuel oil. For the position of each team, in a lottery in a position Untirta pro fuel price increases, while the UI in a position to counter.

On Sunday (24/6) afternoon, has been going well the third title race. Where, Unhas faced with General Sudirman University. The theme is Removing Manpower Outsourcing. 

Debate tension was heightened in the third round of the title race. Each team, even though undeniable look of fatigue more visible, but the spirit did not want to go home with nothing to be lighter to provide the best in this last effort. Just imagine, each team was given only about half an hour to prepare the appropriate material to argue their respective positions. Therefore, taking lottery to determine the position held only about a half hour earlier.
