The event is oofficially opened directly by the Secretary-General Janedjri M. Gaffar in Training Room, 8th floor, Court Building, Jakarta. In his speech, he said that in addition to improving the quality of service to constitutional justice, in the future with such activities of human resource (HR) which is owned by the Constitutional Court has a good competence in their respective fields.

In addition, in 2013, Janedjri continue, if no obstacle Court will open the program of education strata 3 (S3) or a doctoral program, specifically for the staff of the Court. According to him, there are several alternative state universities in Indonesia who have been willing to cooperate with the Court, including the University of Diponegoro Semarang, Hasanuddin University of Makassar, and University of Andalas, West Sumatra.
