Yogyakarta, (31/05) – Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD a keynote speaker at the event Congress Pancasila IV, entitled "Institutionalization Strategy Values upholding the constitutionality of Pancasila in Indonesia", co-operation of the Constitutional Court, Constitutional Committee, and University of Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, held at the Senate Hall of UGM. In his speech Mahfud stressed that the institutionalization Pancasila values is important, because these people have symptoms of unconstitutionality, which means the contrary, "The Indonesian people as a fundamental need to restore Pancasila or the source of all sources of law and supported by strong leadership," he said.

According to Mahfud, institutionalization strategy Pancasila values need to be done, because the Pancasila as the state is composed of concepts and ideas is already finished, so now just to stay pure destiny return of Pancasila as the Indonesian, "Pancasila pure destiny is an essential part of the national psyche, outlook, way of life, the state ideology, as well as agreement on how the settlement with the various different sub ideology, and a legal goal, "he said.
