This was stated by Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court; Moh Mahfud MD in a National Seminar entitled "Election of Regional Head of Democracy and Law in Perspective, held at the University of Tanjungpura Pontianak on Monday (21/5). The seminar was attended by Governor of West Kalimantan, Chairman of Parliament, Police Chief, Bawaslu, and approximately 300 people attending the event from various universities in West Kalimantan.
