KIP Aceh on the court denied the arguments presented by the Petitioner. Regarding the2012 General Election participants, he said had been processed in accordance with the nomination procedures for regional head and deputy regional head. Related Party stated that while the events that stand out are the criminal events that use the mechanism of criminal law.

This case arose at a hearing of Aceh Province PHPU 2012 - Case No. 22/DX/2012 -which resumed on Friday (27/4) afternoon in the Meeting Room of the Constitutional Court (MK). The agenda this time is to listen to the answer of the Respondent and the Related Parties as well as evidence by listening to the witnesses by the Petitioner. Panel of Judges composed of Moh. Mahfud MD (Chairman), who was accompanied by Judges Harjono and Anwar Usman  as Members.

In the hearing, Respondent explained that after reading the entire petition, the Petitioner did not describe the error turned out to vote count conducted by the Respondent and the Petitioner is correct.

"So the formal filing requirements in Case No.22/DX/2012 not met, the petition makes vague and unclear or obscuur libel. Therefore, we asked the judges that the petition is not acceptable, "said the Respondent.

Respondent went on; the argument that has been described applicant is an answer that is not integral in Case No. 22/D-X/2012. Article 56 paragraph (1) Law on Aceh Government explains that, "(1) KIP Aceh held a General Election of President /Vice President, members of the House of Representatives, Regional Representatives Council members, members of provincial parliament, and the election of governor /lieutenant governor, (2) KIP county / city held a General Election of President / Vice President, members of the House of Representatives, Regional Representatives Council, member of provincial parliament, DPRK, and the election of Governor / ViceGovernor, Regent / Vice Regent, and Mayor / Deputy Mayor ... "

Respondent further revealed, KIP Aceh Qanun 77 on the General Election in Aceh Organizers have set about the duties, powers and duties in the administration of the election of Governor and Vice Governor, regent and deputy regent, and the Mayor and Deputy Mayor in Aceh.

"So it is not unreasonable and fetched to say KIP conspired with certain candidates’ to qualify in the nomination process as described in the petition. All participants Aceh Provincial Election 2012 has been processed in accordance with the nomination procedures for KIP Aceh," explained the Respondent.

While the Related Parties - Candidate  5 Zaini Abdullah, Muzakir Manaf - to explain to the Assembly that the more prominent events in Aceh Province Election 2012 is a criminal event.
