Ghazali Abbas Adan, Pidie candidates, present at the Constitutional Court (MK) to undergo a trial disputes the results of elections of regional head and deputy regional head Pidie In 2012, Thursday (4/26/2012) morning. 20/PHPU.DX/2012 trial case was filed by the candidate Ghazali Abbas Adan- Zulkifli HM Juned (No. 8).The trial of the preliminary agenda was also attended by Chairman of the Independent Election Commission (KIP) Pidie, Junaidi, accompanied by four members of the KIP Pidie.

In front of the Constitutional Court Panel chaired by M. Akil Mochtar, Ghazali Abbas Adan questioned the regional head elections (Election) Pidie which he filled with terror and intimidation. Partly as a result of terror and intimidation, people do not attend a campaign that was held by Ghazali Abbas Adan- Zulkifli HM Juned, so that the vision and mission of the pair did not get to the people. This is contrary to the principle of Election is direct, free, confidential, honest and fair.

Therefore, Ghazali Abbas rejected the claim made by a vote recapitulation of Pidie KIP.” The reason that’s so, then we reject the voice recapitulation has been done by KIP Pidie," said Ghazali.

The purpose thereof, Ghazali Abbas asked the Court to impose a decision (petition), namely, to accept and grant the petition in its entirety. Then, declare null and void the minutes of the General Election recapitulation of vote counting at district level by the KIP Pidie on 15 April 2012. Finally, ask the Court to order a vote KIP Pidie repeated throughout in all polling stations in the district of Pidie.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the KIP Pidie, Junaidi, in rebuttal said that the facts regarding the violation, insubordination, according to Junaidi, this is the realm Panwaslukada. "We asked the Assembly to present the Honorable Judge Panwaslu in the process of evidence relating to the offense," pleaded Junaidi.
