Petitioner of case 25/PUU-X/2012 states has made changes in his petition. The applicant's attorney, Edward Dewaruci states, changes were made primarily on the test used rock and petition request.

"To declare Article 159 paragraph (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5) of Law No. 42 of 2008is constitutional insofar as understanding people's voice sounds interpreted ascontaining political weight to include elements of the population and element of area in each province in Indonesia as the unity that can not be separated, "he explained.

In addition, Dewaruci also asked the Court to declare, "The voice of political weight elections president and vice president in each province is the percentage of each area of â€‹â€‹the entire area of â€‹â€‹the province of Indonesia plus a percentage ofthe population of each province to the total population Indonesia then the sum is divided by two."
