Petition disputes the results of elections of regional heads (Election) of Singkil District 2012 filed by Syafril Harahap-Yuli Hardin, partner and vice-regent candidates number 7, it was decided in a trial in the Constitutional Court (MK), Tuesday (04/03/2012). Court stated in its provisions do not dispute the authority to hear election petition Singkil Regency filed by Syafril Harahap-Yuli Hardin."Establish, said the Constitutional Court was not authorized to adjudicate the petition," said Acmad Sodiki when reading the provisions of No. 11/PHPU.DX/2012.

Syafril Harahap -Yuli Hardin in his petition to ask the Supreme Court intends to opt-Dul Safriadi couple Musrid (Number 1), because Dul Musrid been sentenced by the threat of 5 (five) years or more.

Court in this case has been decide upon an object is equal to the petition of Syafril Harahap-Yuli Hardin, the case number 8/PHPU.DX/2012, dated 3 April 2012, disputes regarding the election results of 2012 Kupang, the petition states decision is not acceptable, with consideration of the law that the Court has no authority to examine the petition filed before the vote due to be implemented.
