Evidentiary hearings of the parties on Dispute of Election Results of Jayapura on Case No. 127, 128, 129,130, 131, 132 - D. IX/PHPU/2011 - held the Constitutional Court (MK) on Thursday (22/3) afternoon at the Court Courtroom. Panel of Judges was consisting of Judges M. Akil Mochtar (Chairman), accompanied by Constitutional Justice M. Alim and Hamdan Zoelva.
Panel chairman, Akil Mochtar explained, in this trial will make an additional proof for all parties and responses from the parties.
"From Case No. 127 whether there is a response to the previous trial?" said Akil.
Petitioner No. 127 explained, it was stated in a written response. Similarly, Case No. 128 said the response in writing. Petitioner 129 stated there is no response on the argument of the Respondent and the Election Supervisory Committee.
Case No. Petitioner's next. 130 said it would respond in writing. Meanwhile, Case No. 131 explained, there is additional information on the response to verification. Petitioner on Case No. 132 also submitted additional information related to verification.
"In addition, we also propose additional evidence, including an additional list," said Petitioner of Case 131 and 132. In a subsequent occasion, the Respondent (KPUD Jayapura) responded Petitioner 131 in writing and supported by the appendices.
