Two Case of Southeast Maluku District Denied Altogether
Two General Elections Results on Dispute of Election Result (PHPU) Regional Head and Deputy Head of West Southeast Maluku District (MTB) is rejected in its entirety by the Constitutional Court (MK) in a trial verdict, Thursday (15/3). It rejected for all cases, the case No. 124/PHPU.D-IX/2011 and no. 125/PHPU.D-IX/2011.
Petition filed by Dharma Oratmangun-Josepus Kulalean (no. sequence 3), Lukas Uwuratuw-Junus Fredrik Batlayery (no. sequence 4), and Paulus Koritelu-Timotheus Futuwembun (no. sequence 5) (The applicant 124) assessed by the Court is not proven according to law.
One argument of the Petitioners argue that the Related Party (Bitzael Salfester Temma-Peter Paul Werembinan Taborat / incumbent) to intimidate through elementary and high school teachers, team success, as well as his own to the incumbent Vice Regent Candidate Pair Number 3 according to the Court there is no evidence that assured that actions have affected freedom of intimidation of voters in local areas to determine the choice that could ultimately affect the vote of each Candidate significantly.

As for the case 125, Petitioner-Angwarmase Wuritimur Jesse Luke argues that the Constitutional Court No interlocutory. 125/PHPU.D-IX/2011 the case of Dispute of Election Result of MTB dated December 23, 2011 which ordered to accept the nomination file Candidate Wuritimur-Angwarmase Jesse Luke, and verifies the administration and factual clarification.

No MTB. 20/KPU-MTB/XII/2011 dated December 27, 2011 to include the nomination document as Regent and Vice Regent of West Southeast Maluku. The letter also was received by Lukas Angwarmase at his home in accordance with a receipt dated December 28, 2011.
Tender. MTB also make the process of verification and clarification made to file the nomination petition, verification and clarification of these is a series of different processes to verify and clarify previously made to the candidature file of Johanis Selarat and Seferinus Fenanlampir.
Based on the above considerations, the Court believes that the Tender. MTN must verify both the completeness of the candidate file, or any file that carries all the political parties.
