Dispute of Central Bengkulu: Witnesses on recriminations

Session of the General Election Dispute case (PHPU) Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Central Bengkulu resumed on Wednesday (7/3). The trial is still led by Chairman of the Panel of Constitutional Justices M. Akil Mochtar was listen to witness testimony filed by the Applicant, by Election Commission of Central Bengkulu, and Related Parties. The witnesses of the Petitioners and Election Commission of Central Bengkulu and also witnesses Related Parties gave different informations.


Petitioner's witness, who is a citizen of the village Marwandi Tanjung deeply affected states, on January 22, 2012 that he was invited by the Regent of Bengkulu Utara, Imron Rosyadi using a letter of invitation in order of greeting ceremony in Genting Dabuk Village, Causeway District Three. Before the meeting invitation, first gathered Marwandi with other invitees at the Ferry Command Post-Muhammad Ramli Sabri (candidate No. 1, red) in the Village Market carts, at 09.00 of local time.

 

Then Marwandi said that in the post has been gathered about fifty people, including officials from North Bengkulu district, one of whom was named Assistant Secretary of Muzakir I Hamidi. "The only official I know were Regent of North Bengkulu Imron Rosyadi and Mr. Muzakir Hamidi," said Marwandi.


Once assembled in the post-Muhammad Ramli Ferry Sabri, Marwandi admitted he and others brought to Talang Pauh Village, Pondok Kelapa District. In the village the invitation entourage stopped at the house of a citizen named Sauyah. At home by the recognition that Sauyah Marwandi, Regent North Bengkulu Imron Rosyadi invited Talang Pauh Village community to win candidate number 1. "There, in Talang Pauh village, there will not be held to use speech, Imron Rosyadi just gave the symbol, 'Do not forget to select the Number 1'. I heard him say that, "said Marwandi.


Muzakir Hamidi whose name was mentioned in testimony Marwandi later testified as a witness to the Related Parties. In his testimony, denied all the statements Marwandi Muzakir. "We argue that the Regent of North Bengkulu Bengkulu Utara following the civil servants pass up efforts to win the No candidate. 1, no guidance or direction of Mr Imron in furtherance of the Bengkulu Election Central, "said Muzakir.


Muzakir added, it is not possible to make efforts to support the candidate number 1 in Bengkulu Election Central. Two districts are not linked in a matter of administrative, operational, and financial.
