Assemblies with improvement agenda request to the case of Act 2 of 2002 on the Police Force was held last Friday (24/2). The trial is registered with number 11/PUU-X/2012 were attended by Boyamin and Supriyadi from Indonesia’s Anti-Corruption Society (Maki) as the applicant Party. Harjono acted as Chairman of the Constitutional Court Panel. He was accompanied by Akil Mochtar and Maria Farida Indrati as members.

The Applicant represented by Bonyamin said that it had to do some changes on the advice of the Panel at a preliminary hearing that was held on Friday (3/2) then."We’ve tried to incorporate suggestions of judges, but some are not we explore such as those associated with non-compliance with the Act and the State Treasury, the State Finance Law," said Bonyamin before the Panel.
