While in the petition itself says that the Respondent as General Election Commission has conducted a delay on the vote count recapitulation based on news events No. 03/BA/KPU-DOGIYAI/1/2012, dated January 16, 2012. With the news event and is considered prolonged determination, the petition worried about the lack of certainty on that provision.
"However, developments occurred on January 24, 2012, Respondent finally set recapitulation of votes, outside Dogiyai District, "said the Petitioner’s attorney when the judges can both explain the related events that actually happened, so that the Petitioner ultimately withdraws the application.
Furthermore, the Related Party Anniversary Degei and Esau Magay represented hisattorney said that the Related Party has prepared responses associated with the petition. But the applicant has filed a revocation petition. "Therefore, Petitioner did not have the right to apply for this anymore," he explained.
