General Elections Commission (KPU) of Jayapura district administration should conduct verification, and verification of factual support beam of political parties or coalitions of political parties nominating  Marthen Ohee-Franklin Orlof Damena and Fredrik Sokoy-La Achmadi and other seven candidates of Jayapura Regency.

Similarly Injunctions Court orders in the matter of the dispute Regional Head General Election of Jayapura regency, which was read on Wednesday (1/18/2012) housed in plenary session.

In the ruling of the Court case number 127/PHPU.D-IX/2011) and the number131/PHPU.D-IX/2011) it also ordered the Election Commission of Papua Province, District Election Supervisory Committee of Jayapura, and Bawaslu to oversee the verification. Lastly, to report the results of verification to the Constitutional Court within 45 days after the verdict pronounced.

"Ordered to the Electoral Commission of Papua Province and the Election Supervisory Committee of Jayapura regency, and the Election Supervisory Board to oversee the administration and verification of the factual verification of the appropriate authority of each," said Chairman of the Plenum of Constitutional Justice Achmad Sodiki.

Defer Decision

Election of Jayapura Regency 2011 which was held on December 13, 2011 not only would be disputed by the two pairs of candidates mentioned above, but it also disputed by the pair of Eliab Ongge- Najib Mury  and Yohannis Manangsang-Rehoboam Kal (Yazid.tr)
