Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Janedjri M. Gaffar officially induct 24 (twenty four) candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) to civil servants in the Secretariat-General and Registrar of the Constitutional Court, Tuesday (3 / 1).Inauguration by Secretary-General of the Constitutional Court Decree No. 1 of 2012 on the Appointment of Civil Servants in the Registrar’s Office and the Secretariat General of the Court.

The Registrar of the Court Kasianur Sidauruk presented the inauguration, and all officials in the structural environment and the Registrar-General Secretariat of the Constitutional Court. Then, the employees are sworn in, among others Arshinta Fitridiyani, Anna Triningsih, Siswantana Putri Rachmatika, Nuzul Qur’aini Mardiya, Dian Chusnul Chatimah, and Titis Anindyajati.

Of the 6 (six) does not include 18 (eighteen) other employees. But among the candidates who are appointed civil servants, there is one person who can not be lifted and suspended six months. In his speech, Janedjri congratulated the candidate’s civil servants who are appointed as civil servants in the Secretariat-General and Registrar of the Constitutional Court. According to him, it is fitting that all sworn employees especially grateful for one phase has successfully passed well. "In the future, brother to the status as a Civil Servant is faced with a daunting task. Because the brothers are future leaders in the Court environment, "said Janedjri. 

More importantly, says Janedjri, the appointment is made to realize the full commitment to work with the spirit of dedication, responsibility, and professional. "I believe the brothers were able to answer this challenge," said Janedjri.

On the same occasion, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court also issued a disciplinary decision from the structural position. Judgment was given for violating Subsection (1), Paragraph (2) and Paragraph (4) of Article 4 and Article 14 of Government Regulation no. 45 in 1990, and Article 3 Number 4 and Number 6 Government Regulation no. 53 in 2010.
