Yusril Ihza Mahendra, as the Petitioner in Case Number 64/PUU-IX/2011 on judicial review of Act No.6/2011 on Immigration of the 1945 plea was delivered improvements in the Hearing Panel of the Constitutional Court (MK) with the improvement agenda petition, Friday (14/10). Panel Session chaired by HamdanZoelva, accompanied by Akil Mochtar and Anwar Usman, respectively as members.
On the occasion, Zoelva Hamdan said that the judges had read Petitioner improvements, and the judges saw these improvements is enough. "If there is to say, please," said Hamdan. "There’s nothing nobler," said Yusril.
Hamdan Zoelva then endorse the evidence already presented the petition, proof ofP1, and P2, and P3 associated with the 1945 Constitution. While the P4 description Attorney General, Acting Attorney General statement P10, P12 statement of the Attorney General dated January 28, and P13 statement of August 8, 2011 Chairman of the Constitutional Court. "So there are 13 proofs, from P1 to P13," said Hamdan.
In the end of the talk, Hamdan said that the Assembly Panel been completed and will be prepared in the Plenary Session. "The proposed Expert /Witness, are welcome to be prepared when the next Plenary Session," pleaded Hamdan.
While in the previous trial, Yusril has argued that Article 97 Paragraph 1 of Act no. 6/2011 on Immigration in the phrase which reads "and each time may be extended a maximum of six months" is contrary to Article 1 paragraph (3), Article28D paragraph (1), and 28E paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution.
