There needs to impose strict restrictions in terms of divorce for husbands to prevent abuses against women (wives). This was stated by Chairman of the Expert Applicant Puan Amal Hayati Foundation Sinta Nuriyah Wahid in the trial continued testing of Act No. 1 of Marriage on Tuesday (11/10), at the Plenary Court Room. The case was registered by the Registrar of this Court with a number 38/PUU-IX/2011 filed by Halimah bint Abdullah Agustina Kamil.

"Simply dropping the divorce can cause disobedience.
