Archives Regional Training Participants Visited the Court

Constitutional Court (MK) had another visit from those who want to see the various activities in the judiciary is once again got the material surrounding the Constitutional Court. This time the visit came from the leadership training participants regional archival institutions hosted by ANRI (National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia), Wednesday (14 / 9).  

A total of 33 participants from as many as 33 provinces in Indonesia who participated in leadership training of local archival institutions visited the Constitutional Court received the material surrounding the Constitutional Court delivered by the Chief Trial Court, Muhidin. The participants received material about how to apply, and the trial stage until the Court of storage files.  

Muhidin the occasion at the Court affirmed the trial open to the public and does not charge anything. Re-affirmed, Muhidin said proceedings in the Court held fast, simple, and inexpensive cost. This is evident from the advice of constitutional justice case that suggest that the applicant does not meet the filing requirements and can certainly not be accepted petition to revoke the petition case. That way, the Petitioner did not spend much time and money just to come to the Court even though his decision was clearly unacceptable.   

Associated with the preparation of documents MK, Muhidin said the institute gave the files that have been neatly arranged to ANRI. To sort the files, the Court assisted by two experts from ANRI archiving. The Court also did not linger verdict handed the papers to the ANRI. Before the deadline given over, the Court had handed the files to the ANRI. "If PUU (testing of the Act, red) is granted, three days had been sent to ANRI while the time provided 30 days," said Muhidin.   

The files are submitted to the ANRI not only form the original file (hard copy), but also soft copy or digital form. Previously, experts have changed the filing in the Court file formats are first in the records center. 

In addition to their material from Muhidin, the leadership training participants also visited local archival institutions working units in the Constitutional Court to see the process of supporting the trial in the Constitutional Court. We also have a video conference facility (video conference) which is cooperation with law faculties of universities in these areas, "said Muhidin invited the participants to see a unit at the Constitutional Court.
