Related Party General Election Results on Case Dispute regional head of Buton Regency at the first examination session, Thursday (8 / 9) afternoon

The applicants are namely: Will Candidate La Uku - Dani (case number 91/PHPU.D-IX/2011), Samsu Umar Abdul Samiun - La Bakri (case number 92/PHPU.D-IX/2011), and Candidate Abdul Hasan Mbou - Buton Achmad (case number 92/PHPU.D-IX/2011). Related Party is a Candidate Elected, Agus Faisal Hidayat - Yaudu Salam Ajo. Meanwhile, the Respondent was the General Elections Commission of Buton Regency. 

In the main petition, the Petitioner did not object to the passage 91 it as a candidate for the head region by the Respondent. According to the Petitioner 91, it has been harmed by the decision of the Respondent stating that seven political parties that carry a pair of candidates La Uku - Dani is problematic. "Party of PIS, PPDI, PPNUI, PPRN, PBR, PKPB, and Republicans expressed support dual or dual stewardship," said one of the powers of the Petitioner 91.

According to the Petitioner 91, at least it has been supported by 13 bearers of political parties, but otherwise problematic because of the seven political parties, then it failed to qualify as a candidate for regional head. They are considered ineligible by the Respondent support.

Petitioner 93 also said the almost similar. According to Petitioner attorney 93, his client is actually supported by 11 political parties, but then six of which political party declared troubled by the Respondent. "(Because of) double support," said one of the 93 applicant authority stating the reasons the Respondent at that time.

In fact, according to the Petitioner 93, it has objections against the decision the Commission Buton. But despite that, the Respondent in the end still 93 states that the applicant does not qualify as a candidate for regional head.

Another with two Petitioner’s argument, the Petitioner 92 states, there has been fraud during the verification process would be candidates by the Respondent, especially toward candidate pair candidates. "Respondent did not perform administrative or factual verification of all candidate pairs of individuals," said attorney Petitioner 92.

Moreover, according to the Petitioner 92, the Respondent has also disrupted voter data to favor one candidate. "The occurrence of illegal voters," he continued. Above arguments, either the Respondent or Related Party has denied this. They claim rejected all arguments of the Petitioners.
