Constitutional Court (MK) re-trial and judicial review of the Regional Income Tax Act that is registered with the case number 44/PUU-IX/2011, Friday (19 / 8).Petition filed by the three heads of the region to improve the petition as asked by Muhammad Alim as Head of Panel. Applicant during the trial to improve the application has been filed on the advice of the Panel the previous trial.
 
Attorney applicant, Dorel Almir and Heru Widodo was present in the second trial. Dorel delivered it had carried out various improvements in the petition as suggested panel of judges at the first trial. Income Tax (VAT) of Article 21, Article 25 and Article 29 of an individual taxpayer in the country, "Applicant means insofar as the financial relationship between central and local governments.
