Three Substitute Registrar Inaugurated

Based on General Secretary Decree No. 097/Kep/Set/MK/2011, Constitutional Court inducts three substitute registrars (PP) on Friday (29 / 7). All of them are Achmad Edi Subianto, Eri Satria Pamungkas and Yunita Ramadhani who previously served as a researcher in Center of Research and Assessment of the Court. Deputy Chief Justice Achmad Sodiki give a speech in the inauguration ceremony. Meanwhile, General Secretary Janedjri M. Gaffar guides the direct reading of the oath.
 
In his speech, Ahmad Sodiki requested that the newly appointed successor to uphold the trust given. As a responsibility of trust and the trust was given, they are asked to work best. Service to the justice seekers is primed according to a benchmark of success.
 
Furthermore, Sodiki discuss the trials and tribulations received an official. ”The higher the position held, the heavier the responsibility of the trust given to you. The higher the position is the greater the temptation. So we have to remind each other. If anyone does not fit, just report directly,” Sodiki warned.
 
Honest and fair in serving the people seeking justice on the Constitutional Court should be applied by the clerk of the newly-elected successor. Moreover, the Court is increasingly trusted by the public in providing assurance of rights and constitutional obligations as justly as possible.
